Unlock your scaling potential through execution
A senior executive, full-time or fractional, and a program office, embedded in your business for 6 to 12 months. We remove the blockers and capture the value identified in your roadmap, and we stay until the metrics move.
Why good plans stall
Most companies do not lack a strategy. They lack the capacity to execute it while running the business.
Day-to-day wins
The leadership team is absorbed by operations, and transformation becomes a side project.
No one owns the cross-functional work
Initiatives that span sales, operations and finance fall between the cracks.
No cadence
Decisions drift from one meeting to the next, with no follow-up and no deadlines.
Activity instead of value
Progress is measured in projects launched, not in business impact delivered.
Executive ownership, method and capacity, inside your business
A senior executive, full-time or fractional
A former CxO who has held several executive roles and scaled companies from the inside. Full-time or part-time, they step into a vacant executive seat to drive scaling from within, or work alongside the CEO to lead the scaling program with your leadership team. They own the results: real authority, not advice from the sidelines.
A scale program office
Led by a senior project manager who runs the portfolio of initiatives (priorities, owners, deadlines, dashboards and value tracking) and takes on specialist roles as the program requires: customer experience, communication, or the rollout of a new business application. AI tools accelerate the reporting and the follow-up.
Specialized expertise where it matters
The senior executive is hands-on across every Scale Engine, drawing on the many operating roles they have held. When a specific topic calls for deeper expertise, the program mobilizes the expertise each initiative requires.
One accountable leader, one method, one dashboard, from the first week to the last.
From roadmap to results, in four phases
Mobilize
Month 1Governance set up, initiative owners appointed, baseline and targets agreed, the 90-day plan launched.
Execute
Months 2–6Initiatives delivered in priority order, quick wins first. Every euro captured is tracked in the dashboard.
Industrialize
Alongside executionWhat works is standardized into processes and best practices, and AI is embedded where it pays.
Transfer and sustain
Final monthsRituals, dashboards and skills are handed over. We leave when the results hold without us.
Illustrative 6-month program. Shorter or longer programs follow the same sequence, depending on the scope and the senior executive's time commitment.
A cadence that turns decisions into action
Execution is a rhythm. We install one that forces fast decisions and leaves nothing unanswered.
Weekly initiative reviews
Owners report progress, blockers are cleared, decisions are made on the spot.
Monthly performance review
The CEO and the leadership team review results against targets, and reallocate effort where value is.
Quarterly board update
Value captured, next priorities and risks, presented to the board.
Every meeting ends with actions, owners and deadlines, and every action is followed up at the next one.
What changes when we leave
Metrics that moved
Revenue, margin, cash or EBITDA, measured against the baseline agreed at the start.
A cadence that stays
Rituals and dashboards your leadership team keeps running.
A more scalable organization
Simplified processes, clear decision rights, owners for every priority.

Frequently asked questions
What is the Scale Execution Office?
A 6- to 12-month engagement in which a senior executive, full-time or fractional, and a scale program office work inside your business to turn the scaling roadmap into results. They own the execution with your leadership team, install an operating cadence, and stay until the business metrics move.
What is a fractional executive?
A senior executive who works part-time inside your company, with real ownership of results, for as long as the transformation requires. You get top-level experience without a permanent hire.
What profile does the senior executive have?
An operator first: someone who has run operations and carried a P&L, and who has held at least two different C-level roles, COO and CRO for example. That gives them a 360° view of the company. They have also worked in business transformation consulting, and have supported companies through very strong growth and scaling.
How is the Scale Execution Office different from interim management?
An interim manager fills a vacant seat and runs one function. The Scale Execution Office drives a cross-functional transformation program, with a method, a program office and AI tools, and transfers the capability to your team.
How much time does the executive spend with us?
It depends on the scope: full-time, or typically two to four days a week, adjusted as the program moves from mobilization to transfer.
Do we need a Scale Diagnostic first?
It is recommended, because it sets the priorities and the target metrics. When priorities are already clear, we start with a short framing phase instead.
How do you measure success?
Against the baseline and the targets agreed in the first month, tracked in a live dashboard shared with the leadership team and the board.
What happens at the end of the engagement?
The rituals, dashboards and skills are handed over, and we leave when the results hold without us. The Scale AI Office can then take over to industrialize with AI.
